Welcome to PRDC 2026

The IEEE Pacific Rim International Symposium on Dependable Computing (PRDC) is a leading international forum for researchers, designers, developers, and users to present and discuss the latest advances in reliable and dependable computing. PRDC 2026 will be held in Hong Kong SAR from 2–4 December 2026.

Scope and Topics

Authors are invited to submit high-quality technical papers describing original and unpublished work on dependable computing. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Software and hardware reliability, resilience, safety, security, V&V
  • Dependability measurement, modeling, evaluation, and tools
  • Self-healing, self-protecting, and fault-tolerant systems
  • Architecture and system design for dependability
  • Prognostics in complex systems
  • Reliability analysis of complex systems
  • Fault-tolerant algorithms and protocols
  • Cloud computing resiliency, security, and privacy
  • Software defined network architectures and protocols
  • Dependability issues in computing systems
  • Emerging technologies

Call for Papers

Submissions should be made through the PRDC 2026 submission page, handled by the EasyChair conference system.

Submissions must follow the IEEE double-column format, and all submissions will be reviewed through a double-blind review process.


Page limits exclude references. Different tracks have different limits, as specified below.

Main Track: Regular Papers are limited to 10 pages. Case Studies are limited to 6 pages.

Industry Track: Regular Papers are limited to 6 pages. Position Papers are limited to 2 pages.
